We will go to nearly any length to avoid that, and we bought grease trap systems to avoid that situation. As long as we make sure to have it cleaned on a regular basis, our efficiency level is as high as it can possibly be and we do not ever have to be concerned with a clogged up drain. This grease trap keeps the water apart from everything else and helps us properly dispose of waste.
